Its made by Smiffys for Fancy Dress 
but its a really good wig as seen in some of my photos

you can get them Here   Or   Here   After its sold out on eBay you can still add it to a eBay list, and then go into list and use the (Find similar items)  option,  its a fairly thick layered wig to & looks very pretty front back & side
